How can I update my billing card?
To update your billing card, you will want to click "update card" on your email invoice.
If you can't find it, you can email email@example.com and we can assist.
Can I upgrade to an annual membership and still receive the discount?
Yes. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you switch from monthly to annual.
If the price increases, will I be charged extra?
No. The price you paid will be locked in for you until the point that you cancel. We grandfather in pricing.
Are there any other fees other than the monthly/yearly prices stated on the website?
No. Everything is included within your membership fee. No hidden costs.
How do I cancel my HR Chat membership?
You can cancel by clicking cancel on the bottom of your email invoice. You will still have access until the end of your billing period.

Can I promote my company or services inside of Slack?
We offer a self-promotion channel. The community is not meant to be solely used for advertising your services. We reserve the right to remove content if we deem it too self-promotional.
